Join us Monday, January 12th at 8:00 AM as applications officially open for Q1 of the Main Street Tax Credit Incentive Program (MSTCIP). This is a casual, come-and-go morning event designed to help local businesses learn about the program, ask questions, and complete their pledge online with hands-on support.

The Main Street Tax Credit Incentive Program allows businesses to redirect up to 75% of their B&O tax liability to support local economic development, historic preservation, and community initiatives—right here in Historic Downtown Kennewick.

For Q1 2026, there is:

$119,047 in available tax credits

Equal to $158,730 in local contributions

A non-competitive application window open from January 12 through March 31

Credits are available on a first-come basis, so opening day matters!
