Our Outdoor, Fifth-Place Activation Project
More than just a parking lot, Avenue Square (formerly known as Flag Plaza) sits at the heart of Historic Downtown Kennewick.
We activate this lot year-round with our community events, like the SOCO Creative Arts Festival, and each holiday season, Avenue Square becomes “Santa Square,” the hub of holiday fun during our Hometown Holiday Parade.
We make this space available to pop-ups, outside entrepreneurs, and organizers to program.
