Main Street Executive Director
The Historic Downtown Kennewick Partnership/Main Street Program is accepting applications for a full-time Executive Director. The Director will be responsible for coordinating revitalization activities in bustling downtown Kennewick, using the Main Street Four-Point Approach: Design, Promotion, Economic Vitality, and Organization.
The Director must be entrepreneurial, energetic, well-organized and capable of functioning in an independent environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Applicants should have education and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: commercial district management, economics, finance, public relations, marketing, land use planning, business administration, public administration, volunteer or non-profit administration, retailing, architecture, historic preservation, or small business development. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary range in the $50k’s to $60k’s, plus benefits. Equal Opportunity Employer.
